Shipping Policy

We deliver only to those places where our shipping partners have their services .

Since shipping companies do not deliver to a P.O.Box, we request you to provide your complete postal address.
No deliveries are ever made on Saturdays, Sundays and other local holidays/non working days for shipping companies.
Deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies.

Please note that we do NOT dispatch shipments on Sundays and other public holidays.

Duties and Taxes:-

In case any duties, taxes, import charges, etc are incurred, they are to be paid by the receiver/buyer/consignee of the goods. We do NOT take responsibility for the timely delivery or the charges once it’s held by the local country customs. The country customs information can be found at the DHL, UPS, FedEx and local customs website(s).

Transit Times –

Once your order (for ready goods) is received, it is dispatched within the next 48 WORKING hours via DHL, UPS or FedEx.

Depending from case to case, we can negotiate shipping quotes (i.e. if quantities are bulk, etc).
In case you have ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes and on different days. Often, products will be packed separately from one another for added safety in transit.

Please note that all the products will be shipped from our registered address as mentioned on the website. In case they are being shipped from different locations, you will be informed about it.

Shipment Tracking:
You will receive an email containing all the information related to tracking of your goods, once they are handed over to our shipping partner(s).

The email(s) will contain the tracking number and courier company’s website details along with expected date of delivery. You may also check the same on our order tracking page.

Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 working hours to become active on our and the shipping company’s website(s).


Incorrect/Incomplete address –

Please note that some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match or if it is incomplete. The buyer/receiver/consignee will have to bear the cost of any such penalties/fees. Hence, please make sure that your shipping address entered is correct.

Order Modifications:-

Once an order is placed, changes/modifications can be done on a case to case basis only and it solely depends on us whether to acknowledge or not. You can also be charged for the same. You may contact us in case you want to do some changes/modifications to your order.

Billing Address and Shipping Address:-

Billing Address is the address which a customer wants to have on the Invoice. Shipping address is the address where the customer actually wants the shipment to be delivered.
